Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
Track project progress and update timelines
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
Help manage project documentation, permits, and reports
Support material ordering and job logistics
Attend project meetings and take notes as needed
Help ensure projects follow safety and company standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in construction, business, or project management a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word, project software)
Willingness to learn and take direction
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred
Experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, or related trades
Internship or field experience
