Senior Control Account Management Specialist
The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Control Account Management Specialist to join their International Space Station Program team in Houston, TX. The role involves serving as Control Account Managers for Integrated Product Teams, developing program plans, strategies, and resource commitments, as well as integrating data to manage critical areas and provide visibility to leadership.

Responsibilities
Review and accept control account documentation including definition of the control accounts work statements (CSOW) paragraphs, Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) elements, period of performance, and budgets
Integrate data from multiple teams to develop metrics and key indicators to identify and manage critical areas of focus and provide visibility to leadership
Work with subcontracts and offloads and integrate cost and schedule baseline and performance information
Plan and maintain control accounts, work packages and planning packages ensuring vertical and horizontal schedule traceability
Collaborate with engineering teams to review budget performance, evaluate staffing requirements, and develop accurate forecasts
Review expenditures for accuracy and proper charging and take corrective action when required
Assess control account Estimate at Complete (EAC), monthly and quantify risks and opportunities in accordance with the program risk management plan
Coordinate with Finance to determine and authorize charge line set up for cost collection
Review and analyze variances and provide written explanations when program determined thresholds are exceeded
Support schedule change control activity
Qualification
Required
Experience in applying Earned Value Management methodology and analysis
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Strong written and oral communication skills
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. 'U.S. Person' includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience working with large data sets in Excel
Major supplier Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) and material tracking experience
