Responsibilities
Work with the PM, Operations team and external counterparties to develop and monitor execution of trades and monitor PM’s trade pipeline on ongoing basis
Support PM’s client and counterparty communication to make certain all inquiries and requests are responded to efficiently and accurately
Prepare investment plans with PM guidance for individual client portfolios based on client requirements, cash availability, etc
Qualification
Required
2+ years work experience in financial services required
An undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting or related degree required
Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Superb organizational, project management and interpersonal skills
Extreme attention to detail
MUST SPEAK AND WRITE SPANISH Fluently!
