Responsibilities
Own the overall solution architecture across all four sub-workstreams
Define target-state architecture, integration patterns, and reusable shared utilities
Partner with Product, Operations, Technology, Data, Security, and Risk teams
Ensure alignment with Commercial Banking, Fraud, Compliance, and Data Governance standards
Drive architectural decisions for:
AI agents & digital workforce
Workflow orchestration platforms
Document ingestion, OCR, CLM
Data automation, reconciliation & analytics
Guide BSA teams and validate functional designs against technical architecture
Support vendor evaluation, POCs, and implementation roadmaps
Qualification
Required
12–18+ years of experience in Financial Services / Commercial Banking
Proven experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect on large-scale ops or shared utility programs
Strong background in: Workflow orchestration platforms
Strong background in: Data integration & automation
Strong background in: Document management & OCR
Strong background in: AI/ML or intelligent automation ecosystems
Experience integrating across core banking, servicing, fraud, CRM, and data platforms
Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level presentation skills
Preferred
Experience with AI agents / digital workers
Cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure)
Familiarity with biometric authentication, fraud defenses, and client servicing tools
Prior consulting or transformation program experience
