This role involves working closely with finance leadership to manage month-end close activities and improve processes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Prepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations
Assist with revenue, inventory, and cost-related accounting tied to online retail operations
Analyze large data sets in Excel to support reporting and decision-making
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
Support process improvements and documentation as the business continues to scale

Qualification

Accounting experienceOnline retail experienceExcel skillsGeneral ledger accounting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
Direct experience in online retail / e-commerce (required)
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and working with large data sets
Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving environment
