Responsibilities
Build and maintain real-time embedded software for industrial control products
Design and implement software that communicates through APIs, services, and industrial protocols
Own features end-to-end: requirements → design → code → test → release
Work close to hardware using debuggers, emulators, oscilloscopes
Participate in code/design reviews and help drive best practices across the team
Mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of embedded software development experience
Strong C++ in real-time or low-level systems
Experience with RTOS environments
Comfortable working across the full SDLC in an Agile team
Solid debugging skills on real hardware
Preferred
Experience on ARM and x86 platforms
Python for scripting or tooling
Industrial protocols, especially CIP
Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
Test automation and requirements-driven development
