Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Develop and maintain applicant tracking and reporting processes
Work with search firms, staffing agencies, and advertising outlets
Coordinate and maintain college and high school recruiting programs
Partner with HR and management to ensure consistent recruiting practices
Advise managers and applicants on hiring policies and regulations
Meet attendance requirements and work extended hours as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions
Preferred
PHR or SPHR certification
Ability to work independently and across departments
Strong planning, time management, communication, and decision-making skills
High integrity, reliability, and professionalism
Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruiting practices
