Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle (RFP/RFI analysis, compliance, submission)
Write and edit compelling proposals, white papers, and capability statements
Organize and maintain proposal content libraries and templates
Create marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
Develop persuasive content for RFIs and government capability statements
Assist in managing the business development pipeline
Research and identify new government contracting opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and pricing inputs
Support branding and marketing initiatives
Maintain compliance with FAR and agency-specific requirements
Contribute to process improvements for proposal and BD operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in proposal writing and management for government contracts
Strong understanding of GovCon procurement processes and compliance
Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and proposal tools (SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in contact center/helpdesk solutions
