Mid LevelCatholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton is seeking a Safe House Facilities Manager who will be responsible for the overall administrative and operational management of the Safe House. The role includes overseeing facility operations, managing budgets, and providing direct services to residential clients as needed.

Responsibilities
Oversee operational aspects of the Safe House facility to ensure safety and cleanliness
Review and produce statistical program reports monthly, quarterly or annually as required
Coordinate purchase of services and/or new items as needed
Schedule household repairs utilizing volunteers, community service workers, or maintenance
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of agency vehicles
Review shopping list and shop for groceries as needed
Submit monthly report to supervisor
Ensure monthly fire drill is conducted and documented
Keep file of warranties and instruction manuals for all appliances/equipment
Maintain file of invoices of all purchases and log all expenditures
Monitor Safe House food budgets & bills
Manage donations to the Safe House
Approve purchases and sign receipts
Hotline coverage as needed
Provide direct services to residential clients when appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions
Hold weekly house meetings with clients

Qualification
Required
