Office Manager - 2026- 2027
Stafford County Public Schools is seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support the Executive Directors of School Leadership. The role involves providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring effective communication within the school leadership team.

Responsibilities
Serve as Administrative Assistant to the Executive Directors of School Leadership
Provide clerical support such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents
Collect, prepare, check, and review data for records and reports and oversee the daily work activities of the office
Work in collaboration with the school leadership team to maintain appropriated budget funds, spending, etc
Prepare and maintain digital documents at the request of the school leadership team and develop and maintain a filing system
Direct informational requests to proper respondents
Assist with administrator hiring processes, including interview scheduling and material preparation
Support Stafford Schools and School Leadership events, such as principal meetings, community partner events, employee recognitions, and school board meetings
Engage in ongoing professional development relevant to position
Respond promptly and thoroughly to written and oral requests for information
Maintain a clean, neat appearance, appropriate to position
Maintain a record of appropriate attendance and punctuality
Serve as a role model for students, colleagues, and the general public
Work in close harmony with colleagues, supervisors, and co-workers
Comply with all District and School policies and regulations, including but not limited to guidelines for confidentiality
Perform other related duties as required/assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, G.E.D., or any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school, supplemented by courses related to clerical techniques and office procedures
Strong task management skills
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail in writing and data management
