Oversee end-to-end project management for luxury retail installations
Translate creative concepts into technical plans and executable solutions
Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and production schedules
Coordinate cross-functional teams, external suppliers, and global stakeholders
Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local regulations
Prepare client proposals and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met across all deliverables
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience in project management within retail, architecture, or design environments
Strong technical background—ability to read and produce drawings in AutoCAD; proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software
Advanced Excel skills for budgeting and scheduling
Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and deliver on time and within budget
Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience; proactive and detail-oriented
Passion for retail design and luxury brand environments
