Human Resource Generalist
LHH is seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support one of their purpose-driven clients in Sandy Springs. The role involves managing payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and developing HR programs to enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities
Manage multi-state payroll and benefits administration with accuracy and regulatory compliance
Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws, internal policies, and HR best practices
Develop and implement HR programs that support organizational goals and employee experience
Create, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
Conduct investigations and resolve employee concerns with discretion and sound judgment
Analyze HR data and trends to inform strategic decisions and leadership reporting
Stay current on HR legislation, industry shifts, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including generalist or senior‑level responsibilities
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or other HRIS platforms
Strong understanding of employment law, payroll processes, and benefits administration
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Preferred
SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP certification
