Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes in a call center environment
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction
Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Previous experience in customer service or client services
Bilingual or multilingual abilities
Familiarity with cash handling procedures
Experience working in a call center environment
