2+ years expStaffana is seeking an Associate, Foundry Learning & Development Technology to support the ramp-up of a new manufacturing and R&D site. This role is primarily data- and analytics-driven, focusing on dashboard creation, KPI reporting, and learning data visualization, with a secondary emphasis on learning and development support.

Responsibilities
Pull, analyze, and visualize data from Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Smartsheet, which serve as the primary sources of truth
Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned to learning metrics, KPIs, compliance, and operational reporting
Translate existing reports and datasets into clear, visual, decision-ready dashboards
Respond to evolving business requests by adding new KPIs, metrics, and reporting views
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
Support ongoing dashboard enhancements as new operational data becomes available
Apply L&D knowledge to interpret and define meaningful learning metrics (e.g., training compliance, completion, outcomes)
Support learning initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and outcome measurement
Contribute to training development or instructional efforts as needed during operational ramp-up
Collaborate with L&D partners and stakeholders on reporting tied to training effectiveness
Leverage Power BI heavily; Power Automate/Flow knowledge is a plus but not a hard requirement
Utilize AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate: 1. Data analysis and insights 2. Dashboard creation and enhancements 3. Training or learning content development (if applicable)
Share examples of how AI prompts have been used to generate analytics, KPIs, dashboards, or learning content
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (mandatory due to potential future conversion to full-time)
2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or dashboard development (flexible based on overall balance of skills)
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (required)
Experience pulling and interpreting data from enterprise systems (LMS experience strongly preferred)
Understanding of learning and development concepts, terminology, or environments
This may include L&D roles, instructional design, classroom teaching, LMS administration, or analytics work supporting L&D teams
Ability to translate raw data into clear visual insights and KPIs
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with onsite business partners
Preferred
Experience with Smartsheet reporting or dashboards
Exposure to learning content development tools (Articulate, Rise, Storyline, or similar)
Power Automate / workflow automation experience
Prior experience supporting manufacturing, pharma, or regulated environments (not required)
AI-assisted analytics or learning development experience
