Responsibilities
Provide technical sales support for regional Global Account Managers and Business Development teams
Serve as a liaison between customers and manufacturing during project development
Conduct early-stage Design Reviews to optimize customers' designs for manufacturability, performance, and cost
Deliver technical presentations internally and externally, covering both business and technical content
Assist customers in selecting design standards, materials, production capabilities, and industry best practices
Conduct comprehensive design reviews and provide feedback on production readiness and improvement areas
Act as a communication liaison between customers and manufacturing sites across cultures, languages, and time zones
Communicate customer technology requirements to manufacturing to drive future production capabilities
Perform DFM analysis, stack-up generation, quality review, and gap analysis
Collaborate with Operations on NPI, QTA, and product stage-gate cycles
Develop customer technology roadmaps and identify adjacent opportunities
Build strong relationships with customer engineering leadership and Multek executives
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in engineering or 10 years equivalent industry experience required
Minimum 2 years of rigid and rigid-flex PCB manufacturing experience
Strong understanding of quality, reliability, and qualification standards
Proven PCB design and stack-up expertise
Familiarity with DFM and simulation tools (InPlan, InStack, Genesis, InCAM, CAM350)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
Self-motivated, responsible, and industry-aware
Strong English communication skills; bilingual ability a plus
Preferred
Electrical, materials, or mechanical engineering background preferred
Experience in Consumer Electronics, MCM, RF, Infrastructure, Automotive, or Industrial markets a plus
AI segment experience a plus
Expertise in HDI and high-layer-count rigid PCB processes
Flex and rigid-flex manufacturing experience
Experience developing high-performance PCB solutions with commercial success
Quality systems, project management, or SPC certifications desirable
