Responsibilities
Take an active role in all stages of employment litigation, from pleadings to trial preparation, representing clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes
Appear in state and federal courts across New York and New Jersey, managing hearings, depositions, and motions
Advise clients on complex employment law matters, providing strategic solutions tailored to their needs
Assist in developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial teams in high-stakes cases
Qualification
Required
Licensed Litigator: Admitted to practice in Washington D.C
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
Skilled in drafting motions
Skilled in conducting depositions
Skilled in building strong legal arguments
Preferred
Admitted to practice in Virginia (VA) is a Bonus!
Eager to take on meaningful cases
Desire to develop trial skills
Ambitious to make a significant impact in employment law
