Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, and place candidates for temporary and temp-to-hire positions
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local networking
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or a customer-facing role
Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset
Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
Reliable transportation; occasional local travel may be required
