Responsibilities
Develops monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial statements and reports, including reports and support for footnote disclosures for GAAP consolidated and statutory audits
Contributes to the management of the monthly, quarterly and year-end close process
Works with external auditors on annual audit requests for consolidated and statutory reporting
Prepares various account reconciliations and journal entries for the Corporate function
Assists with the maintenance of general ledger accounts
May participate in complex general accounting projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited 4-year university or college
1 - 2 years of experience in an accounting role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office products, including Word, Outlook and Excel in addition to advanced proficiency with accounting systems
Knowledge and proficiency of working with large datasets in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Excel Power Pivot/Power Query)
Responsible for performing highly specialized, professional level, accounting duties according to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Preferred
Experience with Oracle ERP is preferred
CPA recommended
