Responsibilities
Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces to ensure efficient traffic flow
Assist customers with questions or concerns and escalate issues to store management or security as needed
Maintain cleanliness and order in the parking area, including snow/ice removal coordination when necessary
Collaborate with store security and operations teams to ensure safety protocols are followed
Report suspicious activity, accidents, or safety hazards promptly
Provide support during high-traffic periods, special events, or deliveries
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in customer service, security, or parking operations
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Work primarily outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow, to ensure safe and efficient parking lot operations
Demonstrate reliability by consistently arriving on time and maintaining dependable attendance to support team operations
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be 21+ years of age and pass a background check (as required by state cannabis regulations)
