Responsibilities
Counsel clients on privacy and data security matters, including those related to regulatory compliance, governance and transactions
Develop proactive programs to comply with federal, state, and international cybersecurity and privacy laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Two to four years of meaningful privacy and data security experience in an in-house or law firm environment
Outstanding academic credentials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction in which you plan to practice
Preferred
Experience with incident response, investigations and/or litigation
Experience developing proactive programs to comply with federal, state, and international cybersecurity and privacy laws and regulations
Additional background in or familiarity with emerging technologies (including artificial intelligence), advertising and marketing, and/or product development
