Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing with precision and timeliness
Calculate employee compensation, bonuses, deductions, and taxes
Partner with Finance and external vendors on tax filings, garnishments, and payroll‑related inquiries
Maintain clean, audit‑ready records and assist with internal/external audits
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and keep SOPs up to date

Qualification

WorkdayPayroll accountingHigh-volume payroll experienceInternational payroll supportMicrosoft OfficeOrganization skills

Required

2–4 years of experience in high‑volume payroll environments
Hands‑on experience with Workday
Familiarity with payroll accounting and third‑party platforms (OSV, UKG, ADP)
Strong organization skills, accuracy, and an ability to work independently

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience supporting international payroll (Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, India, Cambodia)
