Payroll Specialist
LHH is a dynamic, growing organization seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to manage full‑cycle payroll operations. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of payroll processes while providing top‑tier support to employees.
Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing with precision and timeliness
Calculate employee compensation, bonuses, deductions, and taxes
Partner with Finance and external vendors on tax filings, garnishments, and payroll‑related inquiries
Maintain clean, audit‑ready records and assist with internal/external audits
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and keep SOPs up to date
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in high‑volume payroll environments
Hands‑on experience with Workday
Familiarity with payroll accounting and third‑party platforms (OSV, UKG, ADP)
Strong organization skills, accuracy, and an ability to work independently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience supporting international payroll (Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, India, Cambodia)
