Manage a high-performance pipeline of financial professionals (RIAs, broker-dealers, etc.)
Lead consultative meetings that convert introductions into action
Build long-term advisor trust through value-first communication
Attend conferences and partner events to expand relationships
Operate with precision—CRM discipline, clean documentation, and clear next steps
Qualification
Required
Licensing: FINRA Series 7 & 63 (active or reactivatable)
Experience: 2–5 years in financial services, fundraising, wholesaling, or high-performing sales
Mindset: Relationship-first, self-directed, accountable, and results-oriented
Travel-Ready: You enjoy being in the mix—conferences, meetings, and client events
Preferred
Experience with private credit, real estate, or alternative investments
Track record of managing a territory and hitting quotas
Strong CRM habits and a structured follow-up system
