Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret website data using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics to assess performance, user behavior, and conversions
Develop data-driven recommendations to improve website usability, experience, and conversion outcomes
Identify optimization opportunities through analysis of user journeys, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and web teams to align insights with business goals
Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and presentations for non-technical stakeholders
Design and evaluate testing and experimentation initiatives using Adobe Target
Support conversion rate optimization efforts through behavioral analysis and actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy by applying data quality checks and governance best practices
Communicate findings with confidence and presence, simplifying complex concepts for broad audiences
Continuously enhance analytical approaches by staying current with web analytics and optimization trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, statistics, computer science, or equivalent experience
Extensive experience analyzing website data and delivering actionable insights
Strong business acumen with the ability to support marketing and enterprise priorities
Expertise with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics
Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to simplify complex data and influence stakeholders through storytelling
Highly collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional environments
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Target and experimentation methodologies
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Adobe Workspace, Tableau, or Power BI
Knowledge of website usability, user experience, and conversion rate optimization principles
Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target certification
