Sales Manager

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) Inc is seeking a Sales Manager for their mining client in Franklin, TN. This role is responsible for leading the mining and minerals business, growing market share, and building customer relationships while coaching a team of Account Managers.

Responsibilities

Expand business with existing mining customers and develop new opportunities
Increase market share through strategic account planning and value-based selling
Build strong relationships with procurement, technical, and operations teams
Create and execute regional sales plans aligned with North American goals
Support and lead key customer negotiations and long-term contracts
Track performance against sales, margin, and market share targets
Coach and develop Account Managers to sell into complex mining organizations
Drive strong account planning focused on long-term partnerships
Promote collaboration across regions and internal teams
Identify under-served markets and define strategies to grow in new regions
Work with dealers, recyclers, and crushing operations to grow coverage
Work closely with manufacturing plants and technical teams to ensure customer commitments are met
Resolve issues quickly and support smooth execution
Manage regional sales budgets and forecasts
Adjust plans based on customer demand and market conditions
Represent company at trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings
Support marketing campaigns and sales tools

Required

Proven sales leadership experience in mining, minerals, or wear parts

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel about 30%-50% across the U.S
