Operations Manager
Confidential company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technology-driven deployment projects. This role involves overseeing strategy and execution of hardware and software rollouts while ensuring seamless client onboarding and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of implementation and deployment specialists, conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of accountability
Lead large-scale technology rollout projects, acting as the primary hub between internal departments such as Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure organizational alignment
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hardware staging, software configuration, and client onboarding to increase efficiency
Serve as the senior point of contact for complex technical issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption to client services
Manage relationships with third-party providers and internal inventory teams to ensure hardware is staged and delivered on schedule
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including deployment success rates and onboarding turnaround times, to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
2+ years of leadership experience in financial services, payments, or a closely related industry
Proven experience managing the deployment of hardware systems (e.g., POS or payment terminals) and integrating software platforms
Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance is preferred but not required
