Vidorra Consulting Group is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM transformation programs. The candidate will manage end-to-end delivery, stakeholders, budgets, vendors, and ensure successful CRM implementation across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery for D365 CE/CRM implementations
Manage multiple projects, teams, and vendors
Define program roadmap, milestones, and delivery plans
Own program governance, risk, and issue management
Act as primary interface with business leadership and IT teams
Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and architecture
Oversee integrations with Power Platform, Azure, ERP systems
Manage program budget, scope, and timelines
Drive UAT, training, change management, and go-live

Required

10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management
6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
Strong understanding of Sales, Service, Marketing, Power Platform
Experience managing $5M+ enterprise CRM programs
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills

Preferred

PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
SAFe Agilist / Scrum certification
