Mid LevelBoise Cascade Company is one of the largest manufacturers of plywood and engineered wood products in North America. They are seeking a qualified Electrician to join their Maintenance team, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.

Qualification
Required
A valid Oregon Manufacturing Plant Journeyman License or higher, or the ability to obtain a license prior to date of hire
Candidates must be able to work all shifts
Candidates must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug test and physical assessment
Applicants must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, twist, squat, kneel and work in other awkward positions
Candidates must have hands on experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems including power distribution, motors, controls, PLCs, VFDs, etc
Candidates must have experience with computer systems (CMMS) to utilize work order system (track and complete work orders)
Candidates must be able to work with or without supervision
Preferred
PLC programming skills
Experience with AutoCAD
Experience with Maximo
Experience with SLC 500
Experience with PLC V and/or ControlLogix
Work experience in an industrial environment
