Responsibilities

Source, qualify, and build long-term relationships with family offices, family principals, wealth managers, and HNWIs
Own the investor pipeline and deal flow: identify opportunities, prepare materials, coordinate diligence, and manage follow-ups through close
Lead investor meetings, roadshows, and roundtables (virtual & in-person) — prepare agendas, materials, and next-step documentation
Serve as the white-glove point of contact during onboarding and post-investment relationship management — escalate compliance/legal issues and ensure smooth handoffs to Ops
Produce camera-ready content: short investor updates, platform demos, social posts, and webinar participation
Maintain and optimize CRM (HubSpot preferred): pipeline hygiene, reporting, next actions, and metrics
Run targeted outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, personalized email sequences, referral programs) and coordinate with marketing for content magnets (checklists, one-pagers)
Attend and represent Alpha Hub at conferences, investor dinners, and curated events; network on behalf of the company
Track KPIs and report weekly to leadership (meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline $ value, content assets)

Required

Existing, proven network of HNWIs and Family Offices (not VCs or Angels) with direct access to groups of older, semi-retired individuals motivated by legacy-building and mentorship; this is non-negotiable and must be evidenced by past successes in mobilizing such connections for capital or partnerships
5+ years experience in business development, investor relations, family office engagement, or similarly senior client-facing roles
Demonstrated success securing meetings and trusted relationships with older investors, family office principals, wealth managers, or legacy builders
Executive presence — polished in-person and camera-ready for recorded/live investor content
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
High proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic content tools (Loom, Canva, Zoom)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high integrity with sensitivity to regulatory concerns
Authorized to work in the U.S. (we cannot sponsor for this role initially)

Preferred

Prior experience supporting or running capital raises, SPVs, or syndicates
Background in private equity, venture capital, fintech, or platform growth
Public speaking or broadcast/media experience
Experience producing short-form video and social media growth
Foreign language skills or international family office exposure
