IT Senior Manager - Business Administration
Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, and they are seeking an IT Senior Manager to lead their Location Reference Data product and custom accounting solutions. This role is essential for supporting various areas within the Business Administration department and requires strong leadership skills to ensure efficient operations and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Drive continued modernization of the LRD application, building on our recent cloud migration and GUI enhancements
Oversee planning, delivery, and financial monitoring for multiple products
Lead initiatives related to the VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA) project
Foster innovation by introducing new ideas and solutions that align with Enterprise Mobility IT culture
Support team growth and development while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Ensure solutions are stable and teams are operating efficiently
Communicate and collaborate effectively with IT leaders, vendors, business leaders and key stakeholders
Manage and mentor leaders as they support their teams for employee development, rewarding, disciplining, and conducting performance and salary reviews
Qualification
Required
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area
The IT Senior Manager position requires 8 or more years of related experience
4 or more years of proven success managing high performance development teams within a large enterprise IT organization
2 or more years of experience successfully leading, coaching, and developing people leaders/managers
Excellent analytical skills as proven through past success creating, implementing, and executing transformational strategy
Experience managing projects and situations in a matrixed resource environment
Proven experience managing highly available, complex solutions with multiple dependencies and integrations
Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams through effective coaching, clear goal‑setting, and supportive performance management practices
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
Experience with any of the following is preferred: Accounting/Financial software (custom/commercial)
Knowledge of API and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Experience working in a SCRUM/Agile environment
Maintains and cultivates an active professional network for the purposes of pipelining future hires; stays current in local/regional IT market to understand competition and talent sources
