Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join their team at Fairview Veterinary Hospital. This role involves providing excellent customer service by communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing patient records.

Responsibilities

Communicating via phone, email, and/ or in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns
Scheduling appointments and using our computer information system to accurately process client payments and maintaining patient records
Precisely dispensing pharmaceuticals as needed and calling in prescriptions to pharmacies
Ability to multi-task through out the day
Ability to prioritize tasks faced with each day

Qualification

Customer serviceVeterinary experienceHigh School DiplomaMulti-taskingTask prioritization

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to squat, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day

Preferred

AAS or higher
At least 6 months of customer service experience
Veterinary hospital experience
