Responsibilities
Design and operate multi-region, highly available infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure
Scale high-throughput data ingestion and query systems (telemetry, analytics, streaming)
Build and maintain self-hosted and BYOC deployments (VPC, on-prem, restricted networks)
Architect secure networking and identity systems (encryption, isolation, IAM, SSO)
Implement private connectivity between cloud and customer environments
Build automation for provisioning, upgrades, rollbacks, and lifecycle management
Define infrastructure best practices, identify bottlenecks early, and ship durable fixes
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure or infra-heavy backend engineering
Strong background in distributed systems and data scale (ingestion + query performance)
Experience with customer-managed or security-constrained environments
Comfortable owning systems end-to-end in a fast-paced, early-stage setting
Hands-on individual contributor (not manager-only)
