Responsibilities
Lead the Financial Systems function, providing strategic direction and vision for NetSuite and integrated platforms
Manage and mentor a team of systems professionals, including administrators and analysts
Oversee NetSuite financial modules, ensuring optimal configuration and performance
Partner with Finance leadership to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions
Drive system enhancement projects from conception through implementation
Establish and maintain system governance, controls, and compliance standards
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to enhance the financial systems landscape
Develop and manage the systems budget and resource allocation
Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and data accuracy
Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning and system redundancy
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in financial systems management, with at least 5 years working with NetSuite
3+ years in a leadership or management role
Deep expertise in NetSuite financials, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
Strong understanding of financial processes, controls, and regulatory requirements
Proven track record of leading successful system implementations and upgrades
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus
NetSuite certifications highly desirable
