Senior Project Coordinator - Remote / Telecommute
Cynet Systems is a company looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to assist with proposal production and administrative tasks. The role involves preparing responses to requests for proposals, managing documentation, and supporting departmental audits.

Responsibilities
Prepares responses to pre-qualification questionnaires, requests for information, solicitation of interest etc
Proposal production both internal and external, including editing, formatting, printing, distribution and delivery of final materials to the customer
Prepare templates and provides reference materials for responding requests for proposals
PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries
Vendor set up / registration
Proposal set up and control of documentation within the shared drive i.e Box, SharePoint, etc
Customer Relationship Management system i.e. Salesforce tasks
Assist in daily administrative task and duties
Prepare/support pre bid submissions/pre-qualification documents
Ensuring all proposals and pre-qualifications are complete for a timely submission
Make arrangements for timely proposals submission
Writing and grammar checks
Implementation of company practices and branding in tendering
Provision of general support information to proposal teams
Maintain tender opportunity lists
Supports departmental audits as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in marketing, Arts, Communication, History and/or administration preferable
5-8 Years' experience in administrative tasks including ideally 2 years as a coordination roles in sales for engineering, construction environment
Logical and well organized with ability to prioritize
Must be able to communicate properly to various people across organization at different levels
Must be able to handle pressure in a positive way
Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel) user at proficient level
Ability to wordsmith texts
Systems/ website/ computer literate
Preferred
Excellent communication skills
Communication with both internal, cross functional, and external people partners and customers
Flexible in work hours when needed
Capacity to work under pressure
