They are seeking a Content & Social Media Marketing Lead (B2B) to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage social media initiatives, and create compelling content that aligns with corporate goals.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals
Write, edit, and publish high-quality content including social posts, white papers, case studies, blogs, emails, and general copy. Becoming an expert thought leader in the engineering industry
Create short-form content such as reels, stories, carousels, and short videos
Develop graphic elements, videos, and campaigns in alignment with corporate strategy
Create branded collateral including brochures, presentations, and trade show materials
Email Marketing to current marketable database
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
Manage day-to-day posting across social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
Plan and maintain a content calendar
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions and engage with the community
Stay current with platform trends, formats, and algorithm updates
Track and analyze content and social performance metrics
Optimize content based on engagement, reach, conversions, form fills, and seo/geo rankings
Provide regular reports and insights with actionable recommendations
Track and report on marketing metrics: leads, conversions, content performance, and content and social campaign ROI
Coordinate and assist external marketing agencies and vendors. Collaboration in content and collateral creation to aid agencies in digital marketing campaigns and strategy including but not limited to (SEO, GEO, SEM, paid performance campaigns, paid content syndication, nurture campaigns, sequencing, and website page creation
Manage content approvals and deadlines
Support launches, campaigns, and promotions with integrated content
Sales enablement aiding in occasional outreach in prospecting and lead followup
Connect with project personnel to gather information for case studies and staff resumes
Manage and update website content via wordpress
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience
Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Demonstrated experience with Wordpress
Competence marketing complex solutions to professionals in a B2B environment
Strong technical writing, editing, and organizational skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling content
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization
Creative, flexible, and inquisitive with strong initiative and self-motivation
Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and time management skills
Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Preferred
Professional consulting services experience; Architecture-Engineering-Construction (A-E-C) industry experience is a plus
Familiarity with content marketing and SEO best practices
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and account-based marketing
Comfort with AI tools for content development
