Responsibilities
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for AI-driven digital adoption and engagement initiatives
Identify opportunities and prioritize the development of AI-powered features that enhance user experiences across platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous optimization
Analyze user behavior, engagement data, and feedback to inform product decisions and measure the impact of AI features
Champion best practices for digital adoption and user engagement, leveraging emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of market trends
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI, machine learning, or data-driven digital products
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in agile environments
Passion for innovation and delivering impactful digital experiences
Proven track record of delivering AI-powered features that drive user adoption and engagement
Solid understanding of AI technologies, digital engagement strategies, and user experience best practices
Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry
Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across the organization
