Marketing Enablement Manager

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve sales playbooks, persona guides, competitive resources, and core pitch assets by operationalizing Product Marketing’s strategic messaging into clear, customer-ready content for Sales & CX teams
Develop and manage a centralized Enablement Hub for all sales and partner-facing materials with consistent organization, version control, and usability
Deliver recurring enablement sessions aligned with commercial needs, product updates, and company initiatives
Support Sales onboarding with clear, structured materials and training resources
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure enablement tools align with campaigns, events, launch activities, and GTM priorities
Build and manage co-branded partner enablement kits (decks, talking points, one-pagers, FAQs) for key partners, including Vizient, Arcadia, and Meditech
Train partner teams on Medisolv value propositions, messaging, and offerings to ensure consistent representation in the market
Support joint programs, partner webinars, event participation, and co-marketing initiatives with aligned enablement content
Maintain consistent templates, messaging, and brand standards across partner-facing materials
Support GTM readiness for campaigns, webinars, product updates, Advisory content, and major regulatory cycles
Coordinate GTM timelines, internal communications, and enablement requirements across Sales, CX, Product Marketing, and Partner teams
Own the downstream enablement deliverables required for commercial activation (sales decks, cheat sheets, talk tracks, FAQs)
Collect feedback from Sales and Partner teams to refine enablement content, tools, and processes
Conduct periodic feedback loops with Sales and Partners, synthesizing themes to inform Marketing, Product, and CX teams
Track adoption and usage of enablement assets to guide content improvements and prioritize new needs
Identify gaps in the sales cycle and develop tools that improve deal progression and alignment
Collaborate with Marketing Operations on dashboards, lifecycle visibility, and commercial reporting needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–10 years in Marketing or Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or GTM roles at B2B software/technology companies (healthcare preferred)
Experience developing enablement assets (playbooks, decks, cheat sheets, partner kits, training materials)
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and partner ecosystems
Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong facilitation and training abilities
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience in healthcare quality, value-based care, or hospital/ACO environments
Experience with channel or partner enablement frameworks
Familiarity with CMS programs, regulatory reporting, or clinical terminology
