Responsibilities

Promote HomeServices Lending and its full suite of mortgage solutions in the local market
Build and maintain visibility through relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners
Advise clients on available loan programs, rates, and the mortgage process
Analyze financial and credit data to match clients with appropriate loan products
Originate residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Manage client applications, lock interest rates, and ensure accurate and timely loan processing
Maintain proactive communication with clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure a smooth closing process
Set clear expectations regarding loan timelines, requirements, and next steps
Achieve personal production and service goals while supporting company market share and profitability
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in mortgage sales, processing, or underwriting
Proven sales and customer relationship management experience
Strong communication skills, including phone and social media engagement
Active Mortgage Loan Originator license through NMLS, meeting all state and federal licensing requirements
Ability to travel locally for business development and client meetings (reliable transportation required)
Knowledge of conventional and government loan guidelines or the ability to learn quickly
Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to achieve production goals
