Responsibilities
Serving as the go-to technical specialist for robotics and vision products
Supporting customer applications from discovery and concept through installation and troubleshooting
Leading demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and on-site evaluations
Working with R&D and product teams to communicate feedback, test new releases, and support product improvements
Delivering training and technical guidance to customers and internal teams
Participating in industry events, technical discussions, and product launches
Building strong partnerships with key accounts and integrators to drive solution adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field
Hands-on experience with robotics, automation, vision systems, or mechatronic platforms
Strong understanding of robotic system integration (motion control, safety, programming, tooling, etc.)
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to turn customer needs into technical solutions
Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and presenting to groups
Knowledge of industrial automation use cases such as pick & place, tending, vision-guided robotics, assembly, or material handling
Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship
Preferred
Experience with power electronics
Familiarity with industrial robot brands
Mandarin language skills
