Responsibilities
Directly lead and collaborate with HR personnel across all HR specialty and generalist areas
Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization; consult with leaders and employees; and provide daily HR guidance
Conduct robust workforce planning in partnership with department leaders and deliver accordingly via internal and external talent programs and processes
Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, using expertise in diverse HR disciplines to provide comprehensive and effective HR support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
10 years of relevant, hands-on HR experience in HR administration and program management with emphasis on process/quality improvement
5 years' leadership experience with at least 3 years of direct supervisory experience
5 years' HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
