Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of a technology initiative from concept through implementation
Oversee cross-functional stakeholders and business partners to ensure aligned planning, execution, and delivery of key strategic initiative(s)
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
Drive execution across multiple workstreams while managing scope, schedule, and resources
Ensure the project meets technical, security, compliance, and operational requirements
Provide a high level of support to internal company stores employees
Guide teams through the installation process and validate successful completion of the project
Serve as the primary point of coordination between Engineering, Product, Network, InfoSec, Architecture, and Business teams
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or procedural issues, using available tools and processes
Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure appropriate documentation, governance, and approvals are completed throughout the project lifecycle
Support incident, escalation, and post-implementation review processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing complex technical or infrastructure projects with retail experience a plus but not required
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in large, matrixed organizations
Demonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, and competing priorities
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient within the Microsoft suite of tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical aptitude, passion, and desire to learn more
Strong customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to stay customer-focused while working with retail technologies
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues
Dependable, self-motivated, and drive to excel; exhibit a growth mindset for performance-based feedback
