Responsibilities

Deliver highly personalized, welcoming, and discreet service for clients seeking an elevated experience
Develop an in-depth understanding of Custom Comfort Mattress construction, materials, and accessories, especially how to match sleep solutions to body type, sleep habits, and wellness considerations
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for interior designers, architects, and industry partners
Coordinate and conduct appointment-based fittings, private sleep consultations, and follow-up communication to maintain strong professional relationships
Support showroom operations during non-appointment periods, including walk-in client service, merchandising upkeep, and maintaining showroom standards that reflect a luxury environment
Maintain a flexible schedule aligned with client needs, including occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend appointments

Qualification

Required

Minimum 3 years in luxury retail, concierge services, hospitality, wellness consultation, design-adjacent sales, or other high-touch client-facing roles
Demonstrated ability to create trust, build rapport, and maintain professional boundaries with discretion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to navigate sensitive or high-profile situations with confidence and calm
Proven ability to guide clients through decision-making with an educational, consultative approach
Ability to work onsite full-time during core hours (10am to 6pm) with adjustments for after-hours appointments
Available to work weekends
Professional presentation that aligns with a refined showroom environment

Preferred

1 year supervisory experience
Experience working with interior designers, architects, or luxury home-related services
Exposure to wellness, sleep coaching, fitness, or health education roles
