IT Support Engineer Level 2 (MSP)
Bowman Williams is a modern Managed Service Provider supporting SMB clients with a proactive approach to IT. They are hiring a Level 2 IT Support Engineer who will provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, and applications while participating in projects to deepen their technical skills.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, applications, and Microsoft 365
Troubleshoot email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and line-of-business applications
Support QuickBooks and common SMB software platforms
Participate in projects such as network refreshes, server upgrades, and data migrations
Work closely with senior engineers and steadily increase project ownership
Maintain strong documentation and clear client communication
Typical workload is roughly 50% support and 50% projects
Qualification
Required
MSP experience operating at a true Level 2
Strong Microsoft 365 and desktop support skills
Working knowledge of networking and server fundamentals
Exposure to Azure environments
Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive administration
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Certifications such as A+, Network+, MS-100, or AZ-900 are a plus
