The role involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of gutters for residential and commercial properties, ensuring customer satisfaction through attention to detail and effective communication.
Construction
Responsibilities
Complete repairs and installs for gutters
Pick up needed material from suppliers
Manage inventory of stocked material
Run and operate company-provided gutter truck and machine for installs and replacements
Work with Department Manager and communicate with customers
Collect payment from the customer, once work is completed
Opportunity to suggest and upsell other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, etc
Follow all safety procedures
This position is required to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month as needed, March through November
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs
Preferred
1-2 Years Gutter Installation Experience preferred
Military service is a plus
