Sales Director – Apparel
Golden Touch is a family owned and operated wholesale apparel manufacturer with a mission to deliver trend focused products for nearly 50 years. They are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead and grow their apparel business across various retail channels.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing retail accounts while building long-term, trusted buyer relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across mass retail, off-price, and department store channels
Drive sales strategy, line presentations, and account-specific growth initiatives
Analyze weekly and seasonal sales performance to identify trends and opportunities
Lead market preparation, line reviews, and follow-up with retail partners
Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Production, and Planning teams
Communicate customer needs and market insights to internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of apparel sales experience, preferably within mass retail, off-price, or department store channels
Established relationships with key apparel buyers
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred
