Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
Lead your business partners in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
Qualification
Required
4+ years of Salesforce Admin experience
An advanced Admin Certification
Comfort working in an Agile work environment
Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven to be comfortable in a matrix team environment/team player
Proven to be a problem Solver/Ability to raise and address issues and provide potential solutions independently and with different levels of leadership
Proven ability to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to probe for actual requirements and desired outcomes
Preferred
Lightning Experience
SF Data loader Experience
Consulting experience beneficial
Experience with integrations to/from Salesforce
Healthcare industry knowledge
