Responsibilities
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies
Control access to the location by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining sign-in logs, and directing authorized guests to the appropriate contact
Answer and route incoming calls and inquiries, provide general information, and escalate concerns to the appropriate personnel per post orders
Monitor lobby activity, entry points, and security-related systems as assigned, and report unusual activity or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate
Complete written and electronic reports, including incident reports, shift activity logs, and visitor records, with clear and accurate details
Coordinate with on-site management and/or public responders when needed, and assist with access control during medical, fire, or other emergency events
Support a professional front lobby environment by maintaining post readiness, following confidentiality expectations typical of financial institutions, and assisting with administrative tasks related to front desk operations
Qualification
Required
Be 21+ years of age
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
