Responsibilities
Provide system solutions to Anaplan issues and enhancements
Participate in prioritizing system issues for development team; Participate in regular calls with development team to keep track of progress
Experienced in Anaplan modeling, integration, data hub
Experienced in building models, reviewing existing planning models and performing enhancements
Perform functional and technical testing of system projects, bug fixes and enhancements
Manage the team for Anaplan service line ticket and resolution
Support existing Anaplan models, implemented user stories, support the aggregation / distribution of data, and defect prioritization
Ability to coordinate with customer Business and IT users
Good verbal and written communication skills
Qualification
Required
6 to 8 years of experience in Anaplan implementation
Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Support for large Anaplan models, troubleshooting, prioritizing support tickets and resolution
Hands-on experience in Anaplan modeling, integration, data hub
Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner
Hands-on experience in Anaplan Data Integration Cloud works, files, API
Able to manage workload for the team, assign work to others, manages overall risk and quality
Outstanding problem solving skills within functional and technical areas
Able to determine architectural implications and identify optimal solutions for complex problems
Strong oral and written communication levels
