They are seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee and drive growth with key accounts across the US, collaborating with sales teams to achieve revenue targets and build strong relationships with buyers and brokers.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for key accounts that increase revenue for MF
Collaborate with your Sales Manager to achieve annual sales volume, trade spend, and ROI targets with Independent Retail Partners
Monitor account performance, manage ordering cadence, and oversee customer forecasting to ensure alignment with business goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with Buyers, ensuring effective communication and partnership
Work closely with the grocery sales team to coordinate demand plans, distribution, and execution with national distributors
Utilize your knowledge of geography, relationships with key contacts, and business insight tools to gain access to potential new customers, present, and earn new business
Ensure the development of the business aligns with targeted sales and profitability metrics, utilizing internal tools and communication platforms
Design, pitch, implement, and monitor all discount/promotion programs within your assigned territory
Utilize the internal system, Modus, for item-level forecasting
Track budgets allocated for activation by account, ensuring maximum visibility and effectiveness
Track results and consumption data, regularly reviewing with the channel director
Pursue new business opportunities and work to increase volume and ranking with existing accounts
Attend trade shows, distributor events, and sales meetings to represent and promote Minor Figures
Collaborate with marketing teams, operations teams, and the café sales team to ensure cohesive brand representation and growth in the market
Prepare for category reviews by gathering and analyzing data, creating persuasive presentations, and conducting SKU rationalization and shelf placement analysis
Establish promotional calendars for your accounts and work closely with the Trade Marketing Team to implement revenue-driving programs

Required

Experience in the CPG space (preferably beverage)
Ability to travel 40%
Strategic thinking and commercial acumen - ability to build plans that drive MF towards our goals and ensure every investment dollar is working hard
Insights driven - able to collate and analyze multiple sources of data to shape strategy and deliver powerful results
Open and collaborative nature, developing and nurturing key internal and external partnerships
Adaptable to changes - able to see the big picture but with a pragmatic and flexible approach to delivery
