Responsibilities
Financial Reports (flash, Volumes etc.) to Corporate by deadlines
Manage AP/AR and Account Coordinator Positions
Ensure AR/AP are completed in a timely manner
Communicate with Customers on AR/AP
Ensure Contracts are maintained, and rates are correct in IBM
Confirm all Customer systems are being used in accordance with Contract
Approve Payroll for Employees under OAM supervision
Assist General Manager as needed
Ensure AR Collections are maintained
Month End Close Reporting
Other duties as assigned by Corporate or General Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc
Must be able to obtain TWIC badge (Transportation Working Identification Card)
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to multi-task
Ability to make decisions on their own
Must be an organized person
Must have General Ledger Experience
Must have Collections Experience
Must Understand Accounting principles
Must have Management Experience
Proven as a dependable person
