Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Nursing Department, Chair, Vice – Chair, Program Director, nursing students and faculty
Perform logistical and financial tasks that support operations of the department
Review, update, prepare, report, track and disseminate data according to schedules and needs of the Department
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree with one to three years of related experience
Working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions
Familiarity with internet resources
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
Customer service skills and experience
